Minimum Opening Balance:	$500.00
Terms:	3 months to 5 years.
Average Daily Balance Method:	We use the average daily balance method to calculate the interest on your account. This method applies a periodic rate to the average daily balance in the account for the period. The average daily balance is calculated by adding the principal in the account for each day of the period and dividing that figure by the number of days in the period. Interest begins to accrue on the business day you deposit.
Compounding Frequency:	Compounds quarterly.
Early Withdrawal Penalty:	Please see the "Early Withdrawal Penalties" section below under "General Certificate of Deposit Information".
Transaction Limitations:	Additional deposits are permitted only at maturity.

GENERAL CERTIFICATE OF DEPOSIT INFORMATION

Please contact a personal banking representative for the current interest rates and Annual Percentage Yield (APY) available on CDs.

The stated Annual Percentage Yield (APY) assumes that interest will remain on deposit until maturity. A withdrawal may reduce earnings.

Early Withdrawal Penalties: For terms of less than or equal to 12 months, the penalty we may impose is 30 days interest on the principal withdrawn. For terms greater than 12 months and less than five years, the penalty we may impose will be 60 days loss of interest on the principal withdrawn. For terms of five years or more, the penalty we may impose will be 90 days loss of interest on the principal withdrawn.

You will have a seven calendar day grace period after maturity to withdraw the funds without a penalty for automatically renewable CDs. You may prevent renewal if you withdraw the funds in the account at maturity or within the grace period or if we receive written notice from you within the grace period. We can prevent renewal if we mail notice to you at least 30 days before maturity.
